Zac has over twenty years of experience in increasingly responsible senior roles within Executive Project Management currently in Siemens UAE.
Senior leader with comprehensive international experience in

  • Leading complex project operations, program/ portfolio project management, business development and strategy, EPC fast-track project execution/ solutions for $200m-1.2 billion per project.
  • Energy projects – Gas Compressor Stations, H2 Plants, Substations, IWPP, CCPP, Coal-Fired Power, HFO-fired supercritical boilers, ECS-FGDs, HRSGs, Oil&Gas.
  • Developing and implementation of business excellence/ growth strategies and plans for emerging businesses in the region.
  • Leading the Digitalization strategy within the project business.
  • Know-how expertise developed in several business assignments and complex projects– strategic business planning, leading large teams, consulting executive management, construction/site project execution, project controls, process optimization and digitalization in Project Management and Operation.

His experience is enhanced by Executive Master’s in Business Administration as well Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Energy Management Major. Now he is a candidate for Doctoral studies in Business and Project Management - Franklin University Ohio, US.

As Head of the Project Management Office at Siemens, Zac is responsible for the overall leadership of the Project Management Group in the Middle East Region with cross-divisional responsibility. He reports directly to CEO Dietmar Siersdorfer.
