Morris is currently employed by GHD Global as Sr. Health, Safety and Environment Engineer with over 9 years’ experience working in the UAE and the Gulf region. He has extensive experience in preparing, executing, maintaining and auditing policies and procedures to keep employees safe and healthy in the workplace. He has also led and been involved in projects affiliated with and/or being undertaken in accordance with International Finance Corporation Performance, Standards, Equator Principles, and UAE Labour Laws requirements to assess the level of organisations compliance against these requirements to ensure workers wellness.

Morris is currently a project manager for several Health, Safety, Environment and Labour Rights projects delivering several projects for clients in health, property and buildings, education, industrial sectors as well as for government agencies.

Morris is an Engineer by background and is an Exemplar Global certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems; He is also a certified Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner under OSHAD’s Qudorat Program. In addition, he is LEED Green Associate under United States Green Building Council and Estidama Certified Pearl Qualified Professional in Pearl Buildings Rating System “
