Minoshka is the Global Health Services Lead for Middle East & Egypt and is responsible for Employee Health & Wellbeing at Johnson & Johnson. Since taking up this role, she has been responsible for developing & deploying employee wellness solutions across the region to achieve Johnson & Johnson’s goal of becoming the healthiest workforce by 2020.

Her previous roles as a Business HR partner gave her diverse experiences across the Banking, Financial Services & Healthcare sectors. Notably, she was part of the HR team to set up a new bank in India - IDFC First Bank.
