As Manager for CIOB Eileen covers the MENA Region in the development of CIOB business within the construction industry.

Proactive in her approach, with a focus on performance improvement as a Lean practitioner Eileen develops business relationships with professionals in the construction industry to drive forward membership up-take, training partnerships with employers, university accreditation of build environment courses whilst supporting members through professional review programmes encouraging progression to Chartered and Fellow status.

Eileen has over 15 years of management experience of Operations and Health and Safety for both National and Local Government Departments in the UK and joined the Chartered Institute of Building in April 2015 following a move from Scotland to the Middle East.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Glasgow Caledonian University Eileen is dedicated to keeping employees safe from harm and is a Graduate member of IOSH.

In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano and alto sax.
